Madame Tussads Bangkok joins Shanghai and Hong Kong as the only cities in Asia to have the famous wax museum. Here's your chance to rub shoulders with your favourite Hollywood stars, local celebrities and much more. The wax exhibits can be touch, hug, play with and even kiss. The first exhibit holds the Prince Father and Princess Mother (HRH Prince Mahitala Thibed Adulyadj Vikrom Phra Baroma Rajajanok and HRH Princess Srinagarindra), the parents of King Bhumibol Adulyadej (King Rama IX). Ten rooms contain over 70 figures, from historical figures to sports legends and pop stars to Hollywood giants, you can pose with the U.S. President and the First Lady in the Oval Office, play basketball with the NBA star Yao Ming, etc.

Madame Tussauds Bangkok opened its 10th attraction in Bangkok on 4 December 2010. Madame Tussauds Group was acquired by Merlin in May 2007 and has contributed in 2008 to a jump of 28% in Merlin Entertainments Group or 35.1 million of visits. Merlin is now market leader in Europe and the UK and second only to Disney worldwide with a portfolio of 60 attractions in 13 countries.
