Features that you can find in Pasir Ris Town Park (14 ha in size) includes Pergola, Refreshment Kiosks, Tropical Garden, Palm Valley and a Fishing Pond.

The park's wide-open spaces are favourite places for cultural and social interaction among the residents and the foot reflexology and fitness corners are very popular places for morning exercises. The park is also equipped with a playground where children can enjoy many hours of fun and laughter.

The main focal point of this park is the large marine pond, which is a popular hunt of anglers waiting for their catch. Shelters and mature shady trees around the pond make the park a conducive environment for relaxation. You can do fish and prawn fishing anytime of the day because it operates 24 hours daily.

The landscape design on this park is an interesting collection of tropical greenery, boulder arrangements and bedds of colourful shrubs such as Bougainvilleas and Heliconias.

The Pasir Ris area was formerly low-lying and undeveloped land, except for a few kampongs and villages such as Kampong Pasir Ris, Kampong Bahru and the Chinese villages at Elias Road.

Even in the 1950s, the Pasir Ris area was already a popular beach resort with a hotel and a beachfront that was ideal for picnics and recreational water sports. Pasir Ris New Town is one of the few HDB towns located at the coast.

Tour a nearby park if you still have the energy, there is a mangrove forest, the beach, bird watching tower or take a pony ride at Pasir Ris Park.
