Hindhede Nature Park is just beside Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. The entrance to the park is just beside the Visitor Centre. There is a picnic area, Cycling Trail, Discovery Trail, Exercise Trail and Stations and Adventure Play Station.

The main attraction of the park is actually the view of Hindhede Quarry, picture right, located at the end of the park. Its scenic and yet serene atmosphere has made it an excellent spot for birding and just simply taking in nature.

There is much to see at Hindhede Nature Park, due to is serene atmosphere, one can spot a banded woodpecker, clouded monitor lizard, drongo, plantain squirrel, just to name a few.

Quarrying in Hindhede Quarry ceased in 1990. In 2001, it was finally transformed into a nature park complete with a lookout into the former quarry pool.

Hindhede Nature Park was officially opened by Mr. Mah Bow Tan, Minister for National Development, on 17 August 2001.
